SMS program

Terms of Service

These terms apply to operational SMS communications sent to drivers by transportation providers through TrueMile. Your transportation provider is the business sending the messages. TrueMile provides the platform used to manage those communications.

Program and message details

Drivers who consent may receive SMS messages for load coordination, pickup and delivery updates, appointment information, status requests, and support related to transportation assignments.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Charges depend on your mobile service plan.

Consent and enrollment

Your transportation provider must explain the SMS program and obtain your explicit verbal “Yes” before enrolling your mobile number. The provider must record your consent before submitting your number to TrueMile for SMS enrollment.

Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of receiving transportation assignments or services. Drivers who do not consent are not enrolled.

See the SMS Consent page for the verbal consent script and the provider’s consent recording requirements.

Opt out and get help

Reply STOP to any SMS message from the program to opt out at any time. After opting out, you will no longer receive operational SMS messages from that program.

Reply HELP for help, or email info@truemile.ai. You may also contact your transportation provider for questions about your assignments.
